Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum and nothing gets added at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Most arrive within about 8 days of ordering. Larger equipment can take a little longer depending on where you are.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If a week goes by with no tracking, email us and we will chase it.

Delivery on larger equipment

Heavier pieces arrive flat packed by standard carrier. They are dropped at your door, not carried inside or assembled. Check the weight on the product page so you know whether you want a second pair of hands on the day.

Check your box on arrival

Have a quick look at the packaging before the driver leaves. If something is obviously crushed or torn, photograph it. It makes a claim much easier and we will take care of it.
