Return Policy

If the machine is not right for you, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back.

What we need

• The return has to be started within 30 days of delivery.
• The equipment needs to come back in usable condition. Normal marks from a few sessions are fine. Bent frames, torn upholstery, missing hardware and heavy wear are not.
• Return shipping is paid by you. On heavy equipment that can be a real cost, so please measure your space and check the specifications before you order.

How to start one

Email us at sales@gainsgarageofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you the return address and walk you through it.

Refunds

Once the item is back and checked over, we refund the price you paid to your original payment method. Give your bank a few business days to show it.

If it arrives damaged

This one is on us, not you. Send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will sort out a replacement or a full refund. Do not pay to ship a damaged item back before speaking to us.

Wrong item

If we send the wrong thing, we cover the return shipping and get the right one out to you.
